Archers retainer service is the most cost effective way for you to access all creative services from brand design to animation development.

For a pre-determined monthly fee, we set an amount of priority hours towards the specific projects (tailored to your needs). Unused hours can be carried forward to future months.*

What's not included?

Expenses such as printing, stock photography licensing.

We will consult with you before beginning any work to identify any fees or costs that may be billed in addition to your chosen retainer agreement.

This may include additional hours required to complete the required tasks for the month.

How we track the hours

At the beginning of each month we work out what needs to be done. If we believe it will exceed the agreed amount of hours we will touch base to confirm the additional hours.

At the end of each month, we prepare a detailed report that shows all of the hours which were dedicated to your project and completed tasks.

Rate: $100 per hour
Additional Hours: $110/ hour

15hrs / month

Rate: $90 / hour
Additional Hours: $100/hour

20hrs / month
Min 3 months
Rate: $80/ hour
Additional Hours: $90/hour

Monthly cost: $1600

important information:

All retainers are a minimum commitment of 3 months

All invoices are issued at the end of the month

*A maximum of 50% of a months unused hours can be rolled over into the following month

Hours unused at the termination of the contract have one month to be used, otherwise forfeited after that.

Plans can be upgraded at any time however to downgrade it must be done at the end of the 3 month contract
